Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because each vintage item is carefully inspected, cleaned, and packaged before shipment, please allow extra time during busy seasons or sales.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your location. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Packaging We take great care in packaging all vintage items to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile or delicate pieces are wrapped with extra protective materials.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
